Please remember I'm a mother, have a family and the rattery is a HOBBY, not a business. E-mail is the best way to reach me and I return emails as I am able to. I try to respond in a timely manner but occasionally between work, school, family, and the rats I do not have much online time.
If you've not heard from me within a couple days, please drop me another note incase your e-mail was lost in cyberspace, or eaten by my spam filter! It helps if you include rats in the e-mail subject line.
